Your way….or Mine?

The bigget challenge for me as a trainer is having clients break old habits. By now everyone has either given up or think they are making huge gains by drinking one less beer on the weekend (leaving the total at 7 rather then 8).

You’ve been doing things how you see fit. Some people are making some solid changes that are going to make for a wonderful summer body.  The rest of you 92% need a new approach. 

Your way is what got you here….lets try my way!

Would love to get some insight to what changes have been working for people!!
