Gluten-free is the Fetti!

All diets are not made equal. I’ve recently been switching out all wheat foods for Gluten-free ones. In week 2 I’ve lost 4 lbs and have discovered that Gluten-free foods are not hard to adjust to. 

This tasty treat calls for Crisco but, I choose butter to replace. It makes pancakes and waffles!
