My wife started seeing Marc in September of 2015. Within a few weeks after a better meal plan, workouts with Marc 3 times a week she was feeling much better. Within a month she told me I needed to see Marc too.
I’ve always been a pretty active person and had always gone to the gym but I just wanted to relax. I told her after the Holidays I’d give it a shot. So right before Christmas I went and saw marc. He asked me what I wanted to accomplish. I really just knew I wanted to be in better shape. Not have my stomach stick out past my chest for starters would be nice. So I told him I wanted Abs. Get stronger and have Abs. He said ok, not a problem.
So right after the New Year, come January 2nd 2016 I was all in. I told myself I’ll do everything Marc says and I’ll give it three months. If I see a difference then I’ll continue. Well it was the best thing I did. For starters, I always thought I knew what to do at the gym, but I really didn’t. The workout plan Marc put together for me was Awesome. I never had to think, I just had to do.
I showed up early, did 10-15 minutes of cardio and then hit the workout with Marc. Then after the hour, I did about 15 minutes on the treadmill and home I went. On weekends I hit the local gym, did about 30 minutes of cardio and about 30 minutes of workout. Marc also build a custom meal plan for me that was pretty easy to follow.
Within the first three months I dropped 15 lbs., I lost a couple inches on my waist and my body fat dropped quite a bit. I continued working out with Marc and followed the meal plan as designed. I’ve been doing it for 9 months now and I feel awesome. I’ve lost 21 lbs., but even more impressive is I’ve gone from 22% body fat down to 8%. That’s about 24 lbs. of pure fat I’ve burned off my body. I even lost 4 inches on my pants. I’ve got Abs alright but I just look better all over.
Now I’m about to start bulk season, to build muscle back up. When I go to the gym on the weekends to get my extra workouts in, I truly know what to do. If you’re looking to feel and look better and you’re willing to do what Marc says, give it three months like I did. It’s the least you could do. You might be hooked like me.
