Your only limit is you.. sometimes we need a outside perspective to really discover what your limits are. Reach your limit and then reach again as your limits will grow along with you.
All diets are not made equal. I’ve recently been switching out all wheat foods for Gluten-free ones. In week 2 I’ve lost 4 lbs and have discovered that Gluten-free foods are not hard to adjust to.
This tasty treat calls for Crisco but, I choose butter to replace. It makes pancakes and waffles!

The bigget challenge for me as a trainer is having clients break old habits. By now everyone has either given up or think they are making huge gains by drinking one less beer on the weekend (leaving the total at 7 rather then 8).

The main benfit for a short 15-20 minute fasted cardio session is targeting fat cells for energy. Anything beyond that minute mark will put you at risk for using amino acids for energy and therefore put your muscles at a disadvantage.
Do not depend on only this tactic as a healthy meal plan and routone workouts make an all around balanced fitness plan.

Train your body beyond just the physical aspect. Train your brain. Set meal timers, get sleep and track water.
All these are subtle support systems to get your body optimizing at the highest level possible.
I’m constantly hearing reasons WHY something can’t be done. Train yourself to come up with reasons to HOW something can be done. It’s all point of view my friends. If you can post that perfect IG/FB photo and find that perfect quote….. you can log your food. Simple.

If you want to obtain a goal, you want to be around like-minded people. The truth is that you can work out hard 5 days a week and then cancel everything out with just a weekend of being off track.
The times your not in the gym is when true DISCIPLINE is tested. Go into situations with a plan.
*Do light cardio before a b-day dinner
*Get connected with like-like-minded people
Friends and family do not see you putting in hours and hours of work. So the “just one bite” or “just one bad meal” doesn’t cut it. Stand up for you and your goals. PERIOD.
