There’s a new trend going on and it will knock your socks off. 🤔

People actually have options on what types of foods they want to put in their body. You want vegan protein powder? No problem. You want a energy bar with no almonds and dark chocolate? No problem. You want pizza on a gluten free crust? Come on down.🙋🏽‍♂️ The fitness community now has the power of choice vs the industry making it for them. There is an inner awareness growing more and more each day. The benefit of this is we truly learn how to live a balanced healthy lifestyle.🤗🥑🤹🏽‍♂️

Healthy Environments

This week a lot of the focus was environment. This pertaining to who and what you surround yourself with on your fitness journey. 
If you want to obtain a goal, you want to be around like-minded people. The truth is that you can work out hard 5 days a week and then cancel everything out with just a weekend of being off track. 

The times your not in the gym is when true DISCIPLINE is tested. Go into situations with a plan. 

*Pack food

*Eat before

*Do light cardio before a b-day dinner

*Get connected with like-like-minded people

Friends and family do not see you putting in hours and hours of work. So the “just one bite” or “just one bad meal” doesn’t cut it. Stand up for you and your goals. PERIOD.
